Sweeter than green tomatillos and much harder to find. These gorgeous tomato relatives make an incredible salsa! Their deep purple skin color fades to a bright green interior. 

 

Harvest when the papery husk has split, and don't forget to check the ones that have fallen to the ground. 

 

NOTE: TWO PLANTS ARE REQUIRED FOR CROSS POLLINATION.
